The Global Social Innovators Forum (GSIF) is a signature platform of Social Innovation Park (SIP), which seeks to bring together a highly trusted community of influential minds from the public, private and people sectors; to seek opportunities to collaborate and embrace innovations that will define business, government and society - to build a more inclusive, sustainable and better world.

The theme for GSIF 2009 is "Collaborative Innovations: Investing in Team Earth & an Inclusive World". The focus is on collaborative innovations around the 3 ‘P’s – Profits, Planet and People, in ensuring sustainable development. It will explore sound strategies in business, social, entrepreneurship and innovation in the green to gold movement, to create social, environmental and economic returns for stakeholders; with emphasis on the 3 sub-themes:

  2. Collaboration : Partnerships & Returns
  3. Sustainability : Social Investment and Leadership

The Forum is an interactive platform that includes:

–      Plenaries moderated by world renowned thought leaders in their respective fields to debate key areas of leadership for social innovations.

–      Social Innovation Labs & Master Classes (New!)  to explore the possibilities in social innovations and practical steps to collaborative innovations.

–      Firepitch Spotlight! for aspiring social entrepreneurs to pitch their ideas to potential partners.

–      SIP Awards & Gala Dinner featuring Giant in Conversation (dialogue session) with Mr S Robson Walton, Chairman of Wal-Mart and presentation of SIP Awards to leading changemakers around the world for their innovative solutions, enterprising spirit and social impact.
